Their prime location allows customers an experience of a lifetime being just 5 minutes walking distance away from the St. Andrew’s golf course, a community health centre and police station. The famous Maracas bay is approximately 25 minutes away, where the renowned bake and shake can be found. In the opposite direction approximately 10 minutes away are shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and recreational sites. The property is situated on the outskirts of Port of Spin giving you the customer easy access to the city life.
